We offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase, providing the products are returned to the shop in their original condition with their original labels attached.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, providing the products are returned to the shop in their original condition, unworn and with their original labels attached. 

Please note that we don’t offer shipping for returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you send the parcel tracked and/or with proof of delivery. Alternatively you can return items in-store free of charge.

FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

• Earrings

• Perfume

All swimwear must have the hygienic strip in place for us to approve the return.
